III. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ONLINE STORE

Art. 3. The Online Store is an e-commerce platform accessible at https://adorconcept.com, through which Users may conclude purchase and sale contracts for the goods offered by the Supplier, including:

1. Viewing goods, prices and delivery conditions;
2. Receiving information about product characteristics;
3. Concluding purchase contracts;
4. Making electronic statements;
5. Being informed about their rights;
6. Exercising the right of withdrawal.

Art. 4. The Supplier organizes the delivery and guarantees Users’ rights in accordance with the law.

Art. 5.
(1) The contract is concluded in Bulgarian and stored in the system.
(2) Users may correct errors before placing an order.
(3) The Supplier undertakes to deliver the goods.
(4) The User pays the price displayed in the Online Store.

IV. USE OF THE ONLINE STORE

Art. 6.
(1) The store may be used with or without registration.
(2) Registration is free of charge.
(3) Required data: name, email, phone, delivery address.
(4) Clicking “PAYMENT” constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
(5) Orders are confirmed by email or phone.
(6) Users must provide accurate data.
(7) Access may be restricted in case of false information.
